Flemming

Flemming Pedersen has played any kind of keyboards, since he was a kid and later toured and recorded with some of the biggest bands and singers in Denmark as:
Bifrost, Lei Moe Band, Cæcilie Norby, Søs Fenger, Peter Busborg, Alrune Rod and many more bands as a sessionplayer.

Flemming Pedersen is a keyboardwizard – a master of making synthesizers sound new, different and “human”. He can always get exactly that sound that perfectly fits a melody, and he’ll knock and bang on the synthesizer until it’s there. The sound that fits the tune and the lyrics.

Of course he plays piano too, as also featured in a short piano-interlude on the 'Guardian Angel' album, but he’s most famous for his sounds - and solos on old synthezisers as the analog Mini Moog and the legendary Yamaha DX7.

Henrik Andersen says about him: “He’s a great soloist, and he’s got wonderful taste in finding keyboards sounds noone else uses. But first of all he has a good ear for melodies and how to accompany them”.

Besides the band Flemming Pedersen works in The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture and as a football-referee, and lives just outside Copenhagen in Lyngby with his two sons; Emil and Frederik.

He says about Henrik Andersen: “One of the best musicians I’ve ever worked with, a talented composer and a true master of guitar, sitar and Konnakol. He’s amazing! And I’m proud to work with him and his fantastic songs.”
